Let's start with Training
Your first goal is to master our cleaning method. You will need to READ the manual. And then APPLY your trainers hands on training.
Find your balance
Realistically you will not master our methods in the first week. It's going take a while and there will be setbacks. You may get some "gentle reminders" on random quality checks.
Become a Trainer
After some time you will be able to master our methods and have a bunch of great regular clients that love you. If you have what it takes you may be selected to be a Team Trainer (that means more $)

Training
$17/per hr

Training Rate: This is the training rate you will start off at your first week with our team while you learn the system. After a week you'll move on to the "Rookie" stage.
Flexible Hours: Discuss with your supervisor how many hours you have available each week. We have up to 40+ hours per week if you really want to make a big paycheck
More Hours = More Pay: You'll get paid more per hour if you work more hours. If you want to scale back and take a day off, no problem, you'll just get paid less per hour. We reward team members who want to show up and get a big paycheck.
Team Trainers: Dig-in, learn the system, become an example to your team mates, and you may become a trainer. Trainers get $24 per hour plus all the normal bonuses, tips, and reimbursement.
